  • Open enrollment payroll stuffers/posters will remind employees they can enroll on the plan if they previously declined coverage as well as add dependents they didn't enroll before - regardless of medical conditions.

Annual Review Benefit Process

We continually strive to update our customers with changes to our industry. The yearly review to keep your business positioned correctly with regards to benefits will proceed somewhat like this:

  • Four months prior to renewal the file will be set up and reviewed.
  • Three months prior to renewal we will request a "pre-renewal" discussion meeting. This is the time to talk about the goals and strategies for the next few years. The current census will be requested and quoting forms completed at this time. Quotes will be requested from all carriers available in California within days of obtaining the census. The renewal spreadsheet will provide all the numbers for discussion. It is our job to ensure that the benefit structure remains competitive and cost efficient. We will guide you through the process. Once the benefit discussions take place and decisions are made, enrollment preparations will begin.
  • Two months prior - open enrollment notices will be provided via payroll stuffers/posters. Enrollment meeting dates will be established at this time.
  • Open enrollment process will begin and we will follow it through completion
  • On-going Enrollment Support for the Employer
  • Monthly enrollment meeting for new hires
  • Eligibility resolution
  • Complete hard copy benefit packages provided
  • Checking and submitting applications to carriers when online is not available or desired
  • Copies of all enrollment material will be provided
  • Before submission, application copies will be scanned into our secure database
